It is the third public cemetery in Fremantle. The first was in Alma Street, which closed in 1855 and is now a primary school. The second, at Skinner Street, started in 1852 and was operating until 1899, when this cemetery opened. Burials were transferred by families from earlier cemeteries. In 1930 ninety gravestones were moved from Skinner Street to Fremantle. Myroodah Station Myroodah / Luluigui Road, Derby 6728, Western Australia Email: Myroodah@bigpond.com In 2013 The station was owned by the Indigenous Land Corporation Phone (08) 9191 4735 The station has a small Cemetery with a few graves on it. Curly, a shearer, died crossing the Fitzroy River and was brought on to the next station for Burial.  Curly was married to Mary, who lived in Perth, and they had a five year old daughter when he died. Mary later married Herbert Bridgett. Salter, Henry  "Curly" John (26)                            died 27 th Mar 1920 / 320  In 2015 I organised to visit the station and view the grave. The station managers were very generous with their time. The small cemetery was in a paddock not far from the main house. A couple of posts indicated the cemetery. There were three grave markers in the Cemetery. The stone ones had been serverely weathered by the elements and were unreadable but Curly's was tin with his name punc

Derby (Pioneer) Cemetery 10 Lovegrove Street, Derby, Western Australia This grave holds Wybert Powell. I do not know the plot number and have not yet visited the cemetery. Wybert was the first husband of Ethyl Gladys Salter later Inwood. She and her second husband are buried in Karrakatta Cemetery. Powell, Wybert Roy (49)                died 18th Mar 1939 / 2           Wybert died suddenly in a motor vehicle accident. Salter: Grave at Old Boulder (Pioneer) Cemetery

Old Boulder Cemetery AKA Boulder Pioneer Cemetery Old Boulder (Pioneer) Cemetery is l ocated on the Goldfields Highway not far from (New) Boulder Cemetery. There is a large street sign that shows the entrance. It is a distance up the side road you just need to follow the signs. It has a small shelter with a map. At each area there is a sign marking the different areas, some information and the names of the burials. The cemetery is looked after by the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Cemetery Board It is located at the Kalgoorlie Cemetery, Memorial Drive, Kalgoorlie, Western Australia PO Box 79 Kalgoorlie, 6430 Western Australia Phone: (03) 9091 1693 Office Hours 9.30-11am and 12-2.30pm Mon to Fri This grave holds two children Emma Salter and Ellis Salter. Beverley Wesleyan Cemetery AKA Beverley Methodist / Uniting Cemetery Vincent Street, Beverley, Western Australia Three are three cemeteries in Beverley (Church of England; Wesleyan; Roman Catholic) Managed by the Beverley city Council, 132 Vincent Street, Beverley     Phone: (08) 9646 1200 This grave belongs to Thelma Salter. She was only one when she died of Insolatio (known today as sunstroke), Diarrhoea, convulsions and Syncope which she had for 7 days. The exact location of her grave is unknown as the Shire records are incomplete. She has no headstone to mark her grave.
