Bendigo Cemetery Trust covers the four main cemeteries in the Bendigo area: Bendigo, Eaglehawk, Kangaroo Flat and White Hills. It has an good deceased search engine but unfortunately doesn't link who is in individual graves.

Unfortunately the Kangaroo Cemetery records are incomplete for Jane
Section Number unknown, Grave 2099

I have been to the cemetery a couple of times and been unable to find a headstone for her.
On her death certificate she is listed as Wesleyan.
After discussions with the Bendigo Cemetery Trust. This is a common grave most likely in the Weslyan Section. It is not marked on the cemetery map by number or name.

If anyone has any further details as to her grave site PLEASE leave me a comment 

Jane died suddenly, aged 27 years, from Syncope from haemorrhage (inquest finding).
Place of death is listed at Woodward Road, City of Bendigo.
